FCO_SRV_COST_LVL - Define Service Cost Levels

Create service cost levels that reflect the costs rates for services performed by different employee groups, for example consultants with different levels of experience.

Service cost levels determine the applicable cost rate for services provided by employees. They are attributes in the employee fact sheet.

When an employee confirms working time to deliver a service, the system posts the service costs with a cost rate based on the employee’s service cost level. Services provided by that employee are therefore always charged at the same rate regardless of the service.

Click New Entriesand create the service cost levels you require. A service cost level consists of a technical name, a description, and a short description.
