FDM_AR_BD_DEF_CASE_T - BAdI: Determination of Case Type for SAP Biller Direct

You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) in the component SAP Dispute Management(FIN-FSCM-DM).

You can use this BAdI to change the case type for dispute cases already determined by the system that are created via the SAP Biller Direct (FIN-FSCM-BD) component. The BAdI is always called when a user creates a dispute case from component SAP Biller Direct.

You have entered a case type for SAP Biller Direct for each of the corresponding company codes. In Customizing, choose Assign Case Types for Dispute Cases from SAP Biller Direct.

You have activated BAdI_Implementation FDM_AR_BD_DEF_CASE_TYPE in the standard system. The default coding is executed automatically if you are not using your own implementation.

The BAdI is not filter-dependent and cannot be used more than once.

In the standard system implementation, the case type determined by the system is transferred without change.

This BAdI uses method GET_DEFAULT_CASE_TYPE of interface IF_EX_FDM_AR_BD_DEF_CASE_TYPE. For more information, display the interface in the Class Builder.
