This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP Dispute Management component. You use this BAdI to prefill the Processor field with a value when creating a dispute case.
The BAdI is called whenever a dispute case is created, whether manually or automatically:
- When the collection specialist creates a dispute case, for example in the Process Receivables or Post Incoming Payments apps. The Create Dispute Case dialog box is opened. The system fills the field that is prefilled by this BAdI. The collection specialist can change the value in this field manually.
- When a dispute case is created automatically in the Schedule Dispute Management Jobs app
