Colombia: Define formats and relevant topics for reports.

In this configuration step, you can define new report formats using namespaces that begin with Z and Y. You can also define which of the following topics are relevant for the report format you create:

• Item Type

• Minimum Amount

• Withholding Tax

• VAT

• General Ledger Account

Once you define the topics that are relevant for your report format, you can configure them in the following configuration steps in Finance > Statutory Reporting > Magnetic Media:

• Define Report Format Item Types

• Define Minimum Amount for Report Formats

• Maintain VAT Codes

• Maintain Withholding Tax Codes

• Maintain G/L Accounts

The system contains standard report formats that are preconfigured.
