FIKZV_CONTR_MAPC - Subsoil Use Contract Mapping to Controlling Documents

You can use this Customizing activity to map subsoil use contracts to controlling documents. Each line of the table is considered a mapping rule. These rules are prioritized by their Numbers (1 being the highest priority) and applied to map subsoil use contracts to controlling documents. If any field value of the FI document does not match the respective value in a mapping rule, the next mapping rule is applied. If you leave a field empty in the mapping rule, then the respective controlling document field can contain any value.

When a controlling document is created and posted, these mapping rules are applied to all lines of the controlling document.

In Customizing for the Special Purpose Ledger, you need to customize field movement. To customize field values for 'Contract number' and 'Contract date', use user-exit number U91for the contract number, and use user-exit number U92 for the contract date. You can use include RPFIKZ_CONTR_MAP, where these user-exits are implemented.

If a controlling document line contains BA = 'xxx', Cost Center = 'yyy', Profit Center = 'bbb', Plant = 'zzz', contract #1 will be returned.

If a controlling document contains BA = 'xxx', Cost Center = 'yyy', Profit Center = 'bbb', Plant = 'ppp', contract #2 will be returned.
