FIKZV_CONTR_MAPP - Subsoil Use Contract Mapping to FI Documents

You can use this Customizing activity to map subsoil use contracts to FI documents. Each line of the table is considered a mapping rule. These rules are prioritized by their Numbers (1 being the highest priority) and applied to map subsoil use contracts to FI documents. If any field value of the FI document does not match the respective value in a mapping rule, the next mapping rule is applied. If you leave a field empty in the mapping rule, then the respective FI document field can contain any value.

When an FI document is created and transferred to FI-SL, these mapping rules are applied to all lines of the FI document.

In Customizing for the Special Purpose Ledger, you need to customize field movement. To customize field values for 'Contract number' and 'Contract date', use user-exit number U93 for the contract number, and use user-exit number U94 for the contract date. You can use include RPFIKZ_CONTR_MAP, where these user-exits are implemented.

If FI document line contains BA = 'xxx', PC = 'yyy', Plant = 'bbb', CostCenter = 'zzz', contract #1 will be returned.

If FI document line contains BA = 'xxx', PC = 'yyy', Plant = 'bbb', CostCenter = 'ppp', contract #2 will be returned.
