FILTCONDBP - Filter Condition for Business Partners Exchange with Groupware

In this Customizing activity, you define filter conditions for public contact synchronization between SAP CRM and groupware, based on the business partner category and role. For example you can set up a filter to allow only business partners with the role Contact Person to be exchanged with groupware.

Filters defined here are relevant for the direction SAP CRM to groupware. A filter for the other direction can be set on the connector machine. The setting GW to CRM is not supported.

Note: If you make any changes to the settings in this activity, you need to download the Customizing object GWA_BP_CUST using transaction R3AS.

You can choose to include only certain business partner roles in synchronization by entering X in the Filter Inclusive field. To explicitly exclude a role from synchronization, enter X in the Filter Exclusive field.

Do not enter a value in the Object Partfield (defines the role of a business partner) as it is not used during mapping.

To send all business partners to groupware except business partners with the role Employee, you make the following entries:
