FILTER_WORKLIST - Filter Worklists

In this activity you define the configuration for the worklist. This determines what entries are displayed in the worklist.

In the instructions below, the ICM Object refers to the assignment block to be configured.

Field Name refers to the field within the assignment block that you want to configure.

Field Value refers to the filter value you wish to define for that field.

Standard settings

Activities

1. Choose New Entries and select the name of the assignment block that you want to configure.
2. From the input help (F4), select the field name you want to configure for the selected ICM object.
3. From the input help, select the field value you wish to define for this field name.

Note that you can define more than one value for the same field.

Example

You want to show cases in your worklist with the statuses Newand In Process, and have a maximum of 10 hits.

Open the activity and customize the worklist as follows:

1. From the dropdown list under ICM Objectselect Cases.
2. Under Field Name click F4and select the value STAT_ORDERNO.
3. Under Field Value, click F4and select/enter the value 20.
4. Under Field Name click F4and select the value STAT_ORDERNO.
5. Under Field Value, click F4and select/enter the value 30.

Now make a second entry for the ICM object Cases.

1. Under Field Name click F4and select the value MAX_NO_HITS.
2. Under Field Value enter the value 10.
3. Save your entries.
