FINCS_VC_TF540_9U - Add Custom Task for Consolidation Monitor

In this activity you can define one or several custom tasks for the Consolidation Monitor. To be displayed in the Consolidation Monitor app, the custom task you create must be included in the active task category for the Consolidation Monitor.

You need to implement a BAdI for the custom task by using the “Custom Logic” app or developer extensibility in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Please ensure that you set your custom task name as a CONSOLIDATIONTASK filter in your BAdI Implementation. If there is no active implementation found for the given task, an error message is displayed.

1. Open the “Manage Your Solution” app and choose “Configure Your Solution”. Navigate to the application area “Finance” --> “Corporate Close” --> “Data Processing”.
2. Select the “Add Custom Task for Consolidation Monitor” activity.
3. Include your task in the active Task Group using the “Define Task Group” activity.
4. Implement the BAdI and set the filter.
