In this Customizing activity, you set migration to completed.

If you set the migration to completed, users are allowed again to create or edit sales documents with letters of credit, and create or edit letters of credit in TRM. If you do not set the migration to completed users are not able to do the above mentioned operations.

  • You have finished all activities required for a complete migration.
  • The major data are migrated.

The system then performs the following checks:

  • New Installation Check
The system checks if the system is newly installed by checking the SD-FT master data table AKKP has data. Migration and setting migration to completed is needed only when the table has data.
  • Completion Check
The system checks if another user has already set the migration to completed. In this case an information message is issued and it is not possible to set the migration to completed again.
  • Customizing Check
If migration has not been set to completed, the system checks whether the customizing for migration is set up correctly. The system issues warning or error messages in case of missing or wrong setting up of customizing and migration cannot be set to completed.
  • Pending Packages Check
The system checks whether all steps of the migration have been performed successfully. All steps must be finished and if errors occur, they must be set to accepted.
If an error occurs in this step, you can set the migration to completed anyway - if you are sure that the migration has been performed properly.

A log will be displayed with the results of the above checks. Critical errors (which prevent the user from completing the migration, only Completion Check and Customizing check) are shown with a stop icon. Other errors (which the user can skip) are show with a red light.

If the migration was not yet set to completed and if there is no critical error, the function "Set to completed" is shown. If there are no relevant errors left, you may click the button and confirm the popup in order to set the migration to completed.
