FIN_CFIN_MANAGE_REPL - Manage Intermediate Data Retention

In this activity, you make settings and trigger the execution of the Intermediate Data Retention initial load.

You have configured the RFC destinations for the source and the IDR system and assigned them to the logical system. You set up the logical system assignment between source system and IDR system in the IMG activity: Choose Logical System of the initial load.

Enter the initial load group. Then execute the report step by step. Once the preceding step has been successfully performed, the next step is active.

Enter your selection criteria and execute the corresponding step. When the steps Extract Balances/Open Items and Prepare Transfer from IDR to CFIN are active, push buttons are displayed that allow you to execute the initial load extraction step as well as the initial load monitoring step.

The step Prepare Transfer from IDR to CFIN provides a push button to call the execution report for copying data within the IDR system. A monitoring report is also available for this step. The step can be executed several times. This may be necessary if an update from the source system into the IDR system is missing.
