FIOBEN1 - Define Enrollment Events and T&C Doc Object

You can use this Customizing activity to specify the enrollment events that must be displayed for each benefit area, in the Fiori app My Benefits Enrollment.

In this Customizing activity, you can also specify the documentation object containing the Terms and Conditions for an event.

Note: Only the enrollment events maintained in this customizing activity will be displayed for selection in My Benefits Enrollment Fiori app.

The benefit areas and enrollment events are created, using the following Customizing activities.

• Benefit areas are created using Define Benefit Area, part of Personnel Management -> Benefits -> Basic Settings.

• Open enrollment events are created using Define Administrative Parameters, part of Personnel Management -> Benefits -> Flexible Administration.

• Other type of events (adjustment reason events) are created using Benefits Adjustment Reasons, part of Personnel Management -> Benefits -> Flexible Administration.

1. Select New entries.
2. Choose the benefit area.
3. Choose the event that must be associated with the selected benefit area.
4. If required, specify the documentation object containing the terms and conditions for the selected event.

For the EHP5 release, the standard documentation object is HRESS_BEN_TERM_CONDITION_EH5.

For the release EHP6 and higher, the standard documentation object is HRESS_BENF_TERMS_CONDITIONS.

1. Save your entries.
