FIRUV_EXT_NUM - Define External Number and Date Filling Rules

Russia: Define whether the system will copy the internal document number and date into the external document number and date if they are empty when you create a report run.

You can use this activity to define whether the system will copy the internal document number and date into the external document number and date if they are empty when you create a report run.

When a document is processed the system will define the external document number and date as follows:

If there is an external number and date in the document, then the system will use them.

If there is no external number and date, then the system uses the following values:

• If you set the Fill External Number checkbox and there is a Tax Reporting Date in the FI document, then:

• The External Document Date is the Document Date of the FI document.

• The External Document Number is a value in the following format:

NNNNNNNNNN/SSSS

Where NNNNNNNNNN is the internal document number of the FI document, and SSSS is the structural division code.

• If you do not choose the Fill External Number option or the Tax Reporting Date of the FI document is empty, the system will leave the external document number and date blank.
