Russia: Define Depreciation Areas for assets that belong to certain Company Codes for Property Tax. The depreciation area affects how the system calculates the net book value of the asset.

You can use this activity to define depreciation areas for assets that belong to certain Company Codes. The depreciation area affects how the system calculates the net book value of the asset.

You can also leave the Company Code field empty. The depreciation area with an empty Company Code will be used for all assets except Company Codes for which you have defined specific depreciation areas, if any.

By default, the system uses depreciation area 01 for all assets.
