Russia: Maintain special tax categories for property tax.

You can use this Customizing activity to maintain special tax categories for property tax. You can use these categories to assign tax rates to different types of property that need property tax rates different that the default rate of 2,2%. You can also use them to differentiate between tax rates based on cadastral value and remaining value.

Define the Special Tax Categories and descriptions for them. Optionally, you can also assign OKTMO codes to them.

Note that OKTMO code assignments include all lower level codes, for example, if you assign a Special Tax Category to the 46 600 000 OKTMO code (Moscow Region Municipal Districts), then, the Special Tax Category will also apply to, for example, the 46 005 000 OKTMO code (Volokolamsk Municipal District).
