Russia: Enable the user to save the Reversal Reason when reversing a Billing Document in the Change Billing Documentsapp.

You can use this Customizing activity to enable the user to save the Reversal Reason when reversing a Billing Document in the Change Billing Documentsapp. Depending on the reversal reason, the Negative Postingindicator will also be applied.

Enter the countries and Billing Types for which to save the Reversal Reason.
