You can define how the system groups document items before performing Online Offsetting Account Determination.

1. On the Define Grouping Setsscreen, define the ID and description of a set of journal entry fields by which the items will be grouped.
2. On the Define Fieldsscreen, specify the fields and the order in which the system will perform grouping.
