FI_SL_BS_GCUP - Transfer Plan Data from Controlling Objects

In this activity, you transfer plan data posted in Controlling objects to the Special Purpose Ledger.

Note

The system does not check whether plan data is already in the Special Purpose Ledger for the Controlling objects.

To transfer plan data posted to Controlling objects, proceed as follows:

1. Enter your selection criteria, such as the controlling area from which you want to transfer data.
2. Select the Controlling objects for which you want to transfer plan data.
3. You can limit the data transfer for the individual Controlling objects by entering intervals under characteristic value.
4. Set the desired indicator for the process control. Enter, for example, whether data transfer is to be completed as a test run. In a test run, data is not transferred to the tables of the Special Purpose Ledger.
5. Enter the target ledger, which is to receive the data.
6. Choose Execute.
