Assign objects needed in general ledger accounting, such as profit centers, to bank areas.

In this configuration activity, you assign objects used for analysis and reporting in general ledger accounting to the bank areas that you have defined for in-house banking.

You have created bank areas in the configuration in-house banking. In your configuration environment, search for "Define Bank Areas".

If you don't use profit centers and you try to open this activity to make settings, the system displays an error message.

You use profit center accounting. You assign your bank areas to the relevant profit centers. In the journal entry line items posted for the payment items coming from in-house banking, the profit center is derived from the bank area.
