BAdI: Change of Billable Items on Release of Billing Requests
This BAdI can only be used in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Convergent Invoicing (FI-CA-INV) component. You can use this BAdI to change the data of billable items. This BAdI is called when billing requests (credit/debit memos) are released.
You can create only one implementation for this enhancement.
Your user has the Extensibility role assigned.
If you do not implement this BAdI, the items are transferred directly, without changes.
To create an implementation for this enhancement:
- Launch the Custom Logic app and choose Create.
- Select the business context for Convergent Invoicing: Billing Request and BAdI description BAdI: Change of Billable Items on Release of Billing Requests to continue.

- Invoicing document: CAInvcgDoc
- Billing documents: CABillgDocs
- Billable items of status billed, record type main items: CABllbleItmsBilledMain
- Billable items of status billed, record type payment items: CABllbleItmsBilledPayment
- Billable items of status billed, record type tax items: CABllbleItmsBilledTax
- Billable items of status billed, record type attachment items: CABllbleItmsBilledText
- Billing request types: CABillgReqTypeConfig
- Simulation flag: IsSimulation
