In this Customizing activity, you assign to an entity type the form that is to be used for printing the single processing of that entity type. If you specify a print form for an entity type, single processing shows the Print Preview pushbutton. When chosen, this pushbutton opens the specified print form and passes the current data in single processing to the form.

You have created the print form.

Select a data model. Now you can specify an existing PDF-based print form for all entity types with (with the storage and use type 1.
