FMRPWTDOCTYPE - Define Document Types for Revenue Postings from Withholding Tax

In this IMG activity, you can define the document types used for automatic processing and manual processing of items in the Revenue Posting from Withholding Tax (RPWT) worklist and for looking up any related RPWT documents when reversing payment documents.

• You have created the document types in the IMG activity Define Document Types for Entry View.

• You only use these document types for revenue posting from withholding tax.

• You specify two unique document types: a document type for revenue postings and a document type for clearing postings.

• The system uses these document types to create a revenue document and a clearing document during automatic processing.

• You also use these document types when processing items manually. It is important that you use the correct document types for the revenue documents and clearing documents.

• In RPWT document types, the fields Reference, Ref. key 1, and Ref. key 2 have special meanings. Therefore, ensure that you enter proper values or leave these fields empty.

• When you have posted documents with the specified RPWT document types, do not change the settings; otherwise, the reversal check and Document Relationship Browser will no longer work correctly.
