Manage the activation of Registration for Indirect Taxation Abroad (RITA) to specific countries/regions according to the legal requirements.

You use this configuration environment to manage the activation of RITA only to the countries/regions that are legally allowed to activate RITA.

You can enter the company code country/region and the RITA country/region and select a reason to prevent the activation of RITA.

In France, companies must submit their full accounting for the G/L account in a FEC file to the tax authorities. In case you activate RITA, a FEC file is not delivered by SAP and foreign companies without a permanent establishment in France will need to develop their own FEC file.

For this reason, the RITA is not allowed for country/region reason is selected to prevent the RITA activation for France by default.
