FOT_V_FOTETAXPC - Define Parameters for Electronic Communication with Authorities

Enter the parameters needed for each relevant company code to enable the electronic communication between your company and the government, for example, for the purpose of submitting tax returns.

Define the parameters that are required for electronic communication with the authorities.

Please note that the parameters you define will call up different parameter fields. Each different use of this activity will show different fields and information as a result. For example, setting the country or region as Germany and then selecting the return type "Electronic Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases" will return different parameter values than return type "Electronic EC Sales List". Likewise, selecting Belgium as the reporting country/region will return different parameters to when China is selected.

You define the following parameters for electronic advance return for tax on sales/purchases.

• Documents are submitted separately
  If you want to submit documents separately, enter an X here.

• ELSTER tax number of person subject to tax
  Enter the ELSTER tax number of the company code or dominant enterprise to be reported. Please note that this parameter is used only for tax returns in Germany.
