You can use the BAdI FPB_LAUNCHPAD_BADI to implement customer-specific enhancements to the report LaunchPad of the Project Self-Service role. This implementation contains methods for filling customer-specific fields or changing the contents of the report list.

To use the Project Self-Service role, the following systems are also required:

  • cProjects 4.00
  • The RFC destination used for the cProjects system is the setting in Customizing for the Project Self-Service role.

  • The system that cProjects uses for integrating accounting must be the same as the ERP system that the role uses as a backend system.

  • SAP Enterprise Portal (SAP NetWeaver 2004S)
  • SAP BW (SAP NetWeaver 2004S)
  • Activation of Enterprise add-ons EA_PLM and EA_FIN from SAP Enterprise Extension

In the standard system, the implementations for this BAdI are not active.

When you call the IMG activity, you can create a new implementation in the customer namespace.

  1. Edit the Interface tab page in your company-specific implementation.
  2. Place the cursor on method FILL_CUSTOMER_EXTENSION or MODIFY_REPORT_LIST.
  3. Start the class builder by double-clicking.
  4. Enter your source code for the implementation between the following instructions:
  • METHOD

  • ENDMETHOD

  1. Save your implementation.
  2. Activate the implementation.

When the application program is executed, the source code you created runs.
