You use this Customizing activity to activate the interest indicator field in purchase orders and contracts. In the SRM portal, the system displays the interest indicator field only for those purchase orders and contracts that you create using the transaction types that you specify in this customizing activity. You can view the interest indicator field in the Payment tab of the header in the purchase order.

For example, if you have specified transaction ECPO in this Customizing activity, the interest indicator field is available only for those purchase orders that you create using the transaction ECPO.
