FRE_ARTHIER_BADI_001 - BAdI: Modify Article Hierachy Data Before Sending to F&R

In a modification-free customer Implementation of this BAdI, you can edit article hierarchy data before it is transmitted to SAP Forecasting and Replenishment (F&R).

Article hierarchy nodes will be created in F&R as products, so method MODIFY_ARTHIER has four changing parameters: one (P_PRODH_DATA) for the hierarchy assignments and three (P_MATKEY, P_MATTXT, P_MARM) for the product master data:

• P_PRODH_DATA: Hierarchy data

• P_MATKEY: Product header data

• P_MATTXT: Product description data

• P_MARM: Product unit of measure data (not currently used for hierarchies)

This method is called during initial and delta transmission of article hierarchies from function module FRE_ARTHIER_SELECT.

IMPORTANT: Do notmodify IDs of article hierarchy nodes here. Instead, you can do it in an implementation of BAdI FRE_MCH_ID_MOD_BADI.
