This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Business Partner (FS-BP) component.

You can use this BAdI to influence the field values that are displayed and referred to for totaling in Total Commitment. It can be necessary to influence the values, for example, if there are equity holdings that do not belong 100% to the total commitment.

Fields ending in *_SUM serve as help fields for totaling. For each original amount field there is a corresponding totaling field that can have a value between 0 and 100% of the amount field.

You can use this BAdI to influence the following fields for a row in Total Commitment:

These fields are used in further processing, for example, to form the total for assets and liabilities. If the Exclude Contract from Totaling checkbox is set, totaling is not carried out.

If you make changes to other fields, this has no effect on how the total commitment is represented.

The Business Add-In is not activated in the standard system. The BAdi can be implemented for multiple usage. All active implementations are called and executed.

For information about the implementation of BAdIs in the context of the Enhancement Concept, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver under BAdIs - Embedding in the Enhancement Framework.

The business partner West PLC has a 50% stock holding in North PLC. In the BAdI implementation, the values for the fields for the business partner North PLC that are relevant for totaling are therefore multiplied by the factor 0.5, for example.

If you influence totals fields, you can also include corresponding fields such as account balance (BP_TC_DTE_ACCOUNT_BALANCE) or contract amount (BP_TC_DTE_CONTRACT_AMOUNT) in the list view, in order to display the original values too.

This BAdI uses the interface IF_EX_FSBP_TC_CALC_SUM. For more information, display the interface in the Class Builder.
