FSH_ARULE_STOS_V - Define Deallocation Rule for STO as Stock

In this customizing activity, you define the deallocation rule to deallocate or remove the previously allocated quantities when stock transport orders are consumed as stock.

By defining a deallocation rule, you specify exactly how the system should react when a stock transport order is modified (for example, change in the requirement date, goods receipt date, storage location, and so on).

1. Enter an alphanumeric key (maximum of four characters) and a description for your deallocation rule.
2. Make the appropriate settings for the fields listed in the stock transport order. For field checks, you can assign one of the following parameters:

• D = Deallocation Without Warnings

• W = Warnings Before Deallocation

• E = Change Not Permitted

Depending on the selected parameter, the system decides how and when the deallocation process should be triggered.

1. Save the entry.
