In this customizing activity, you can define the table name and the corresponding field name that the system uses to transfer additional attributes of the batches (for example, stock segment and season) to Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

You have created the following in Fashion Management:

  • Characteristics to represent stock segment and season attributes using transaction CT04
  • Class using these characteristics using transaction CL02

You have maintained the default class in Customizing activity Define Default Class for Batch Transfer to EWM under Integration with Other Software Components > Extended Warehouse Management.

You can maintain the following information:

  • Table name
  • Field name
  • Value "X" if field should be mapped to characteristic while transferring batch to EWM

The following fields from table MCHA should be sent to EWM as characteristics along with every batch:

  • MCHA,,FSH_COLLECTION
  • MCHA,,FSH_SEASON
  • MCHA,,FSH_SEASON_YEAR
  • MCHA,,FSH_THEME
  • MCHA,,SGT_SCAT
