In this Customizing activity, you use the following additional reserve fields in the customer master record which are not used in the standard system:

  • Customer group 6 (View: FSH_V_TVV6 Field:KVGR6)
  • Customer group 7 (View: FSH_V_TVV7 Field:KVGR7)
  • Customer group 8 (View: FSH_V_TVV8 Field:KVGR8)
  • Customer group 9 (View: FSH_V_TVV9 Field:KVGR9)
  • Customer group 10 (View: FSH_V_TVV10 Field:KVGR10)

In addition to the customer groups of the standard R/3 system, SAP Fashion Management offers these five additional customer groups. You can use these to group your customers according to your business processes.

These customer groups are valid per sales organization. This allows you a more detailed grouping of your customers. You maintain these customer group values (6 to 10) in this customizing activity.

You maintain valid entries for individual views.

It is recommended that you change the field description (Data elements KVGR6 to KVGR10)

This is described in the system modifications in the Reserve fields unit of the customer master record:

Reserve Fields in Customer Master

  1. Choose New Entries
  2. Enter an alphanumeric key (up to three characters) as the customer group and a description.
You can find the fields in the customer master record under the sales and distribution data in Sales.
  1. Choose additional data under Environment.
These fields are in addition to the fields maintained in the customizing activity Maintain Reserve Fields in Customer Master.
The system automatically copies this information at the header level into the sales documents. In the sales document, you can find these additional customer groups on the Addition dataA tab page.
