In this section you create the procedure with which you want to run the determination procedure of application variants in the system. You can enter a determination procedure per document type.

If you assign condition types per procedure (and thus the access sequences assigned to them), you can control per document which condition tables the system should call in the application when checking existing application variants.

Note

In the Fashion Management System, the application variant determination procedures 01VRMM and 01VRSD are available to which the condition types 01MM and 01SD are assigned respectively. You should not change or remove this procedure.

If you need further application variants procedures for your company, you can define them by entering an alphanumeric key with a maximum of six digits and by assigning a short text.

Using the control, you can assign condition types to your procedure and you assign a sequence number to each condition type. In the application, the system checks the application variants (depending on which application variant procedure you entered for the document) based on the condition type to which you have assigned the lowest number in the determination procedure. If the system does not find any application variants, it accesses the condition type with the next lowest number in the determination procedure and so on.

Note

Namespace for user-defined entries is A* to Z* and 8*, 9*.
