You can use this Customizing activity to define dispute case templates. These templates are used for creating dispute cases from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service requests.

Depending on the categorization of a service request, a dispute case template is derived and used in the creation of a dispute case. In relation to such a dispute case, you can define Case Type, Category and Reason Code.

The dispute case template also controls whether a dispute case is created automatically whenever a service request with a specific categorization is saved.

To derive further attributes for a dispute case, you can use the Business Add-In Mapping a Service Request to a Dispute Case.

You can assign dispute case templates to service request categories in the Category Modeler.

You have configured the case types for SAP Dispute Management in the Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) system. You can do this in Customizing for Financial Supply Chain Management, under Dispute Management->Dispute Case Processing->Case Types->Define Case Types.

In the standard setup, the dispute case templates SAMPLE0001 and SAMPLE0002 are available. These sample templates use the case type F_D2 (Dispute Management with customer-disputed objects).
