FTR_TPI_GENERAL_MAPP - BAdI: Trading Platform Integration: Overwrite General Mapping

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the FIN-FSCM-TRM component. You can use this BAdI to overwrite the product type and/or transaction type when mapping data between your back-end system and the trading platform integration.

This BAdI offers one method per instrument category group:

• FX_DEAL_DET_PROD_TRANS_TYPE (for FX spots, FX forwards, NDF)

• FX_SWAP_DET_PROD_TRANS_TYPE (for FX swaps and FX NDS)

• FXOPT_DEAL_DET_PROD_TRANS_TYPE (for FX options)

• FXOPT_COLL_DET_PROD_TRANS_TYPE (for FX collars)

• SECURITY_DET_TRANS_TYPE (for securities)

Create your own enhancement implementation in your customer namespace and finally an implementing class. The interfaces allow you to overwrite or derive the product type or transaction type. For swaps and collars, you must perform this step once for each leg/side. For securities, you can overwrite the transaction type only.
