GEN_PICK_REQUEST - Define Schema for Store Picking Requests Generation

Use this configuration activity to make the system settings that facilitate generation of store picking requests.

Note: Store picking requests are automatically generated when SAP S/4HANA sales order is getting saved in the system or by executing the report GENERATE_STORE_ORDER.

You must define basic settings for store pickup order and store picking request.

You need to define the following basic settings which is used to split the sales order into multiple store picking requests.

• Number range number: It is a number range interval which is used to create unique number for store picking request.

• Maximum weight: Specifies maximum weight per store picking request. Net weight of sales order item is used to calculate total weight per store picking request.

• Weight unit: Unit of gross weight or net weight of the product. If you specify a weight of a product, you must enter the corresponding unit of weight.

• Maximum volume: Specifies maximum volume per store picking request. Net volume of sales order item is used to calculate total volume per store picking request.

• Volume unit: Unit of volume of the product. If you specify a volume of a product, you must enter the corresponding volume unit.
