In this IMG activity, you maintain the event creation settings that are required for triggering a workflow.

Event creation is divided between system settings and customer settings.

  • In the system settings, you link activities with an event in relation to their system status.
  • In the customer settings, you maintain this link for the user status.

You assign a workflow, which is started when an event is triggered, within Customizing for workflow.
