GLE_VECS_OWNER_A - Configure ECS Owner Group

In this Customizing activity, you configure the owner group. You can assign admin groups and escalation groups to the owner group.

If the user rejects the owner, the ECS items are assigned to another admin group.

When the items are not processed, the escalation report picks them for escalation according to the escalation rules. If the target type is "Group Assignment", the escalation group defined is notified.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the owner group name.
3. Assign the admin group for the owner group.
4. Assign the escalation group for the owner group.
5. Save the entries.
