This Business Add-In (BAdI) enables you to define the derivation rule for specific business transaction types.

You have maintained the Define Derivation Rules for Business Transaction Types Customizing activity.

In the BAdI, you implement the following methods:

• DERIVE_FULFILLDATE: You use this method to derive the fulfillment date as the derivation rule for a business transaction type.

• DERIVE_VATDATE: You use this method to derive the tax reporting date for a business transaction type. Note that you can also use the fulfillment date in this method.
