GLO_PRAD_EN - Delimit Reimbursement Amounts for Local Transport

In this Customizing activity, you can delimit the validity for an entire group of per diems for local transport to a certain date. This terminates the validity of the local transport per diems on the date you choose to enter.

SAP recommends that you perform the delimitation in a test run first.

To delimit entire groups of local transport per diems, proceed as follows:

1. Enter the relevant date for delimitation.
2. Define the relevant group of meals per diems by entering the relevant selection criteria.
3. Start the function in test run.

The test run parameter must be active.

1. Check the selected entries.
2. Change the selection criteria, if necessary.
3. Start the test run again, if changes were made.

To delimit the selected local transport per diems definitively, start the function with the test run parameter inactive.
