GRFNRECIPIENT - Maintain Recipient Component Information

In this Customizing activity, you can maintain recipient component information for ABAP classes. The application uses the recipient component to determine the receiver of the activities specified in the Planner.

The process control application provides two entries used for policy distribution. If you want to use different recipient logic that work with other plan activities, you must develop your own ABAP class, maintain the recipient component information here, and then assign it to a plan activity in the Customizing activity Relate Plan Usage and Recipient Component.

To maintain recipient component information:

  1. Choose New Entries and specify the name of a recipient component ID.
  2. Enter a text for the recipient component.
  3. Enter the name of an existing ABAP class in the third column.
  4. Save the entry.
