GRFNVALUATION - Implement New Survey Valuation
BAL Application Log Documentation SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3upThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you can make settings for the valuation of risk data used for Risk Management (RM) and Process Control (PC) surveys. The valuation is executed when the survey results are submitted, at which point the survey results are converted to numbers or into an action.
You can define your own valuation data and attach it to question/survey categories if necessary.
The entries defined in this activity are used in the RM application for surveys, question categories, and answer types.
For Risk Management, the class CL_GRRM_RISK_SRV_VALUATION is delivered in the default system.
