In this Customizing activity, you can configure the workflow tasks to use the custom task names.

For example, you can change "Perform Control Design Assessment" to "Assess Design of Control."

To configure the application to use the new task name:

  1. On the Inbox Taskscreen, select the relevant task.
The Inbox Taskscreen displays the current list of tasks. If there is a custom task name in the New Task Name list, the Inbox Task screen displays the new task name. If there is no custom task name, the Inbox Taskscreen displays the default task name delivered by SAP.
  2. In the left-hand navigation pane double-click New Task Name.
By default, the application displays the task name as NAZTEST_TASKNAME…
  3. Change the task name to the new task name.
You must follow this naming format: NA+MESSAGE_CLASS+POSITION. For example, NAZCUSTOM_TASKNAME017.
  • NA is the required prefix.

  • ZCUSTOM_TASKNAME is the name of the message class.

  • POSITION is the row the text is located in the message class.

,,Note: This must match the task position in the Inbox Task list . For example, in the Task List, the task occupies ,,position 17, then in the Message Maintenance table, the text must occupy row 017.

  1. Save your entries.

To configure the application to use the default task name:

  1. On the New Task Name screen, select the relevant task name, and then delete it.
  2. Save the entry.
When there is no custom task name in the New Task Name list, the application uses the delivered task name.
