In this Customizing activity, you can maintain Adobe Interactive Forms for SAP-delivered and user-defined survey types.

You have ensured the following:

• In Adobe Interactive Forms, the interface defined for the corresponding survey type is implemented.

• The required survey types are already defined using the Customizing activity Maintain Survey Types.

To maintain Adobe Interactive Forms for surveys:

1. Select the Adobe Interactive Form used in the survey activity.
2. Choose the Changepushbutton.
3. In the Name of PDF-Based Form column, enter the Adobe form name.
4. Save your entry.
