GRFNV_OWPBSC - Configure OWP Business Scenario

In this Customizing activity, you configure the view of GRFNV_OWPBSC. This is the table that is used for controlling the layout and logic of the Adobe form. There are 18 default scenarios delivered with the product. You can also customize your own scenario.

The following scenarios are not supported:

  • Ad hoc issue
  • Remediation with CAPA plan
  • Test of control effectiveness for automated control

To use the default scenarios, there are no prerequisites.

To use your own scenarios, two prerequisites are required:

  • PDF form is created.

  • Handler class is created.

For more information about the form and handler class creation, see the Offline Workflow Process User Guide attached to SAPNote 1633989.

  1. In the Table/View field, enter GRFNV_OWPBSC.
  2. Select Maintain.
    Note: Each row in the OWP Business Scenario Information (Custom Data) is a different scenario.
  3. Specify the Case Type.
  4. Specify the Category.
  5. Select the Ind. checkbox to activate Adobe Interactive Forms (AIF) in the scenario. Clear the checkbox if you do not want to use AIF in this scenario.
  6. Complete the columns depending on which type of scenario you will be using.
  • To use the default scenarios:
    Leave the New Form Objectand the New Handler Class fields blank.

  • To use your own scenarios:
    Complete the New Form Object field with the name of your newly created PDF form. Complete the New Handler Class field with your newly created PDF handler class.

There is a Control Design Assessment to process through the Offline Workflow Process (OWP) with the following properties:

  • PDF FORM: GRPC_AIF_ASSESSMENT_C
  • PDF Handler Class: CL_GRPC_AIF_HANDLER_ASSESSMENT_C.

You can edit the raw data with following data.

  • Case Type: G_AS
  • Category: CD
  • Name of Form Object: GRPC_AIF_ASSESSMENT. (System Default)
  • Reference to: CL_GRPC_AIF_HANDLER_ASSESSMENT. (System Default)
  • Ind.: Enable
  • New Form Object: GRPC_AIF_ASSESSMENT.(Customization)
  • New Handler Class: CL_GRPC_AIF_HANDLER_ASSESSMENT. (Customization)
