GROUPWARE17 - Maintain Groupware Object Selection and Retrieval

In this Customizing activity, you define filters that determine which data is transferred from groupware to SAP CRM. For example, you can define that only activities with a category beginning with "CRM_ACT" are transferred.

The following filters are predefined:

• ACT categories CRM_ACT*

All the activities and tasks in groupware that have a category starting with CRM_ACT can be synchronized with SAP CRM as an activity.

• BUPA categories CRM_BP*

All the contacts that have a category starting with CRM_BP correspond to SAP CRM business partners.

• WFM categories WFM*

All the activities and tasks that have a category starting with WFM correspond to objects in workforce management.

Note:If you make any changes to the settings in this activity, you need to download the Customizing object GWA_GWO_SELRET using transaction R3AS.
