GROUPWARE_14 - Overview

Groupware is a technology that facilitates individuals to work together in groups.

Activities and business partners created by an application of the SAP CRM solution will be available to groupware users as tasks, appointments and contacts, and vice versa.

As a prerequisite for Groupware integration, you must perform the steps under Internal SyncPoint.

For SAP Workforce Management applications, you must perform all the steps that are applicable (no vCard settings).

Groupware integration is achieved by an SAP Groupware Adapter and a groupware-specific SAP Groupware Connector.

Groupware configuration involves maintenance of application scenarios, vCard properties, iCalendar properties, and the mapping of SAP CRM properties to corresponding groupware properties.
