This Customizing activity is for assigning a non-significant account group to a central subprocess. Use this setting only when the non-significant acctoup group is allowed to be added to the subprocess.

The account group must be configured to use in any regulation.

The default behavior is to Not Allow Addition of Non-significant account to the subprocess. The Add_Non_Sig_Acc checkbox is not selected. This also means that if no configuration entry is displayed, the default behavior is enabled.

To allow users to add non-significant accounts to a subprocess, do the following:

  1. Select Edit.
  2. If there is no entry in the table, select New Entries.
  3. Add Add_Non_Sig_Acc into the table.
  4. Select Add_Non_Sig_acc and select the Activated checkbox.
  5. Save your entry. You can now select the non-significant account group to a subprocess in the UI.

To not allow users to add non-significant accounts to a subprocess:

  • If a configuration entry is displayed, deselect the Activated checkbox. Save your entry.
  • If no configuration entry is displayed, the default behavior will not allow users to add non-significant accounts to a subprocess.
