In order to troubleshoot Process Control, you can display the API Log. You can restrict the log by the following criteria:

  • Object, subobject, and external number
  • Time period
  • Creator
  • Class
  • Type

1. Open the Analyze API Logs activity (transaction SLG1). The Analyze Log dialog box appears.

2. Values are automatically populated in the Object, Subobject fields. Ensure that the Object field contains, GRPC and that the Subobject field contains, API. In the External ID field, enter an ID number.

3. In the Time Restriction pane, enter a range (from and to) for the log.

4. In the Log Class pane, select a class.

5. In the Log Creation pane, select a creation type.

6. Click Execute.
