In this Customizing activity, you can maintain business specific transactions, such as transactions for CAPA or AOD processes. SAP delivers sample transaction values via Business Configuration (BC) Sets. After you activate the relevant BC Sets, you can use this activity to maintain the transactions. Using BC Sets is not required, but can speed implementation.

Note: The transaction values are regulation-dependent. You can define different values for a transaction under different regulations.

To maintain the transaction values:

1. Choose the transaction that you want to edit.
2. Double-click the Values folder.
3. Choose either New Entriesor Delete. You can also change the text of the delivered samples.
4. Save your changes.
