In this Customizing activity, you map dimension types to business object types.

The settings made here are necessary for the workflow of response automation: Context objects specified for a response are replicated as business objects (workflow container elements) in the remote system called per RFC.

Workflows are triggered for certain business objects, such as the material or company code. Context objects can be mapped to the corresponding business objects, which are then used in the workflow.

For more information, see the documentation of the Customizing activity Maintain Attributes for Workflow Automation.

The Customizing activity Define Dimensions for Contexts must be carried out.

1. Click New Entriesand select a dimension type from the dropdown options.
2. Enter a user-defined name for the object type to be mapped.
3. Save the entry.
